Privacy Policy
How PikaH3 collects, uses, stores and deletes your data, including prompts, uploaded images and generated Pika H3 Flex videos.
Who we are
PikaH3 (pikah3.net) is an independent online studio for creating videos with the Pika H3 Flex model. PikaH3.net is not the official Pika website. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@pikah3.net.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, name and profile picture when you sign up with email or Google.
- Creative inputs: the prompts you write and the images you upload as first or last frames.
- Generated videos: the MP4 files created for you, plus their settings (duration, resolution, aspect ratio) and status.
- Billing data: your plan, credit balance and order history. Card details are entered on the payment provider's checkout page and never reach our servers.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected with privacy-friendly analytics.
- Feedback: answers you give in the checkout survey or the contact form.
How we use your data
- To generate the videos you request. Your prompt and images are sent to the video model only to produce your video.
- To run your account, credits and payments, and to refund credits when a generation fails.
- To answer support requests and send essential account emails such as verification and password reset.
- To understand which features are used and fix problems.
We do not sell your data, we do not publish your prompts, images or videos, and we do not use them to train models.
How long we keep your data
- Generated videos and the images uploaded for them are kept for 15 days after the video is finished, then deleted automatically from our database and storage. Download the videos you want to keep.
- Images uploaded without starting a generation are deleted within 16 days.
- Account, billing and credit records are kept while your account exists and as long as required for tax and accounting.
- You can delete a video from History at any time, and you can delete your account in Settings, which removes your account data.
Access to your videos
Your videos and uploads are private to your account. Playback and download links check that you are signed in as the owner; other users cannot open them.
Service providers
We use carefully selected providers for hosting, storage, email, payments, analytics and AI video generation. They process data only on our behalf and only as needed to provide the service.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as language and theme. See the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to some processing. Email support@pikah3.net and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
PikaH3 is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site, and the date above shows the latest version.
