Terms of Service
The terms for using PikaH3, the independent Pika H3 Flex video studio, including credits, payments, refunds and acceptable use.
Agreement
By using PikaH3 (pikah3.net) you agree to these terms. PikaH3 is an independent studio built on the Pika H3 Flex model and is not the official Pika website.
Accounts
You need an account to generate videos. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
Credits and payments
- Video generation is paid with credits, charged per second of output according to the resolution you choose. The cost is shown before you generate.
- There are no free credits or free trials.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Subscription credits are granted every month and expire at the end of each monthly cycle.
- You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep your plan and its credits until then.
- Upgrades are charged the prorated difference immediately and the extra credits are added right away; downgrades apply from the next billing period.
- Credit pack credits never expire while your account is active.
- Prices may change; changes apply to the next billing period or purchase.
Failed generations and refunds
If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically. Because credits are spent on computing that cannot be reversed, payments for used credits are not refundable. If you were charged in error, contact support@pikah3.net within 14 days. When a payment is refunded, the unused credits it granted are removed from your balance.
Your content
You keep the rights you have in your prompts and uploads. You grant us permission to process them only to generate your videos. Subject to these terms, you may use videos you generate on a paid plan or credit pack for personal and commercial purposes.
Acceptable use
Do not use PikaH3 to create content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, or deceptive content that impersonates real people without consent. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use. Prompts and images may be blocked by automatic content filters. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Storage
Generated videos are kept for 15 days and then deleted. We are not responsible for videos you did not download in time.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". Output quality varies and may not match your prompt exactly. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated version. Contact: support@pikah3.net.
